Common questions
Does the free plan ever expire?
No. The free tier is free forever. You can build unlimited charts, export them, and share read-only links without ever paying.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Your organizations stay in your account. You'll drop to 1 active organization, but all your data is preserved. You can export everything to CSV at any time.
Can I use the embed widget on my church website?
Yes — any shareable link can be embedded as an iframe. The embed widget is available on all plans, including Free.
Is the Team plan available now?
The Team plan currently gives you Pro benefits plus priority email support. Multi-seat collaboration and activity logs are in development — Team subscribers will be first to access them.
How is payment handled?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details. You can cancel anytime from your Account page.
